Email support@highsandlows.dev and include your Tebex transaction id. Questions about installing, or a bug you've found, go to the same address. Install steps are on each product's page and in the docs folder of the download.

License

One purchase covers one FiveM server, including development and staging copies of that server. Redistributing, reselling or publishing the files is not permitted. Coordinates, configs and zone files are open for you to edit; the models and core data are escrowed.

Refunds

Digital goods are final sale once the files are delivered, except where the product does not work as documented on a clean server and we cannot fix it. Write to the contact address before opening a dispute; Tebex handles payment disputes as merchant of record.

Every asset is original work by Highs & Lows Developments, or the game's own content used in place. No real-world brands, logos or third-party assets are included. Our products are not approved, sponsored or endorsed by Rockstar Games, and are not affiliated with Take-Two Interactive. All sales are processed by Tebex.
